Corporate Brand Renewal requires change. What regularly amuses me is the influence that the Web has had on the firms seeking to change. Oftentimes companies who require a Web site redesign suddenly recognize the need for their offline brand to follow their online brand renewal. Changes to their corporate image on the Web dictates changes throughout the organization. Engagements such as this often surprise me. Firms that are very strategic when it comes to profit neglect their brand until it catches up with them. Brand Renewal is certainly not a simple undertaking.
