Corporate Brand Development

BACKGROUND

The NorthPointe Group is a partnership of experienced, dedicated real estate professionals. Representing over 50 years of combined real estate experience, the partners of NorthPointe are currently active in both the urban and suburban markets, creating exciting residential and commercial developments. As a relatively new company formation the group was ready to create their brand.

CHALLENGE

NorthPointe Group had formed only a year prior to requesting assistance from Metaphor regarding their image. In that year they had taken on some landmark urban projects including and had a number of deals involving suburban development of commercial and residential properties. The real challenge was representing the diverse areas of Land, Commercial, Brokerage, and Investment under one umbrella.

METAPHOR’S SOLUTION

NorthPointe group and Metaphor Studio worked to develop the new brand strategy for the company. The work has involved consulting services including Brand Positioning, Brand Statement, Brand Research, Brand Mantra, Tagline Development, Brand Identity Design and System Development, Online Brand Renewal, Environmental Signage and Collateral Redesign.

The Corporate Brand Renewal includes updating existing materials, development of new materials, and focusing on the Web site as the central tool for marketing and communications. The campaign began with the new brandmark, tagline, Web site, and environmental signage.
